Powerful Thoughts Of Sri Ramakrishna

God is formless and God is with form too, and He is that which transcends both form and formlessness. He alone can say what else He is.

God with form is visible, nay we can touch Him, as one does his dearest friend.

Have you any idea of God with form and God without form?
They are like ice and water. When water freezes into ice it has form;
when the same ice is melted into water, all form is lost.

God with form and God without form are not two different beings.
He who is with form is also without form.
To a devotee God manifests Himself in various forms.
Just think of a shoreless ocean...an infinite expanse of water...
no land visible in any direction; only here and there are visible
blocks of ice formed by intense cold.
Similarly under the cooling influence, so to say,
of the deep devotion of His worshiper,
the Infinite reduces Himself into the Finite and
appears before him as a Being with form.
Again as on the appearance of the sun,
the ice melts away, so on the appearance of knowledge,
God with form melts away into the formless.

NO DOUBT IN LIFE

No doubt you have every right to be angry, but you have every reason to let go. For when you let go of your anger, you make more room for joy and peace of mind.
No doubt your first impulse may be to retaliate, you're likely to be better off when you reconcile and forgive. After all, ehen you've been hurt, it makes no sense for you to prolong the hurt with your own attitude and actions. This is the best policy in life.

No doubt the world is often cruel and unfair, it does not have to get you down. The more fully and willingly you accept what is, the more power you have to improve upon it.

No doubt many things will come along that could be frustrating and annoying, you can always choose to respond with patience and with grace. By so doing, you'll be building strength as well as focusing your energy in a more positive and productive direction which will help you to achieve your goals and aspirations in life.

No doubt events may not go your way, you can continue to move in the direction of your own choosing. Success depends very little on being given what you want, and much more on becoming the best you can be.

No doubt life has its setbacks, disappointments and tragedies, they are nothing in comparison to the new and positive possibilities that increase with each passing moment. You should choose to fully live the immeasurable blessing that is your life, and every day will move you forward and you will be able to fulfill your dreams in life.

SINCERE EFFORT BRING RESULTS

Sometimes the way to move ahead faster is to slow down.
Sometines the way to get more done is to stop trying so hard.
It is not a good idea to hurry through a task because you create mistakes that you'll have to spend more time fixing. always keep in mind that sprinting is not a workable strategy for winning marathon.

Research has shown that slowing down reasonable pace can actually make the results come faster. Remember that your goal is not simply to be busy, but to accomplish something of value with your efforts.

Take a deep breath, calm your mind, and focus your thoughts on where you're going. There is much power in moving thoughtfully and deliberately.

You must remember that time and steady persistence will achieve much more than frantic, hurried turmoil. Go fast enough to get it done, yet slow enough to get it right.

WHERE YOU STAND DEPENDS ON WHERE YOU LOOK

Are you doing well? Average? Below average? We know the answer. It's obvious, isn't it?

But how do you know the answer? Where does your response come from?

These judgments, in truth, are entirely relative. Feelings of success are based on our position relative to those who have accomplished less. Feelings of failure are based on our position relative to those who have accomplished more.

Your feelings are as dependent on your frame of reference as they are on anything you've done.

You might imagine that a promotion on the job automatically raises confidence and self-worth.
Instead, studies find nearly half of recently promoted managers in the technology industry express uncertainly and doubt about themselves and their new position.

Psychologists find that the promotion can undermine their self-confidence because instead of being the best among a group of lower-level workers, they now find themselves surrounded by more accomplished people to measure themselves against.

THE BENCHMARKS OF SUCCESS

You can use this list to determinne whether you have achieved success or to give you some goals to shoot for:

You are a success when you clearly understand that failure is an event, not a person...that yesterday ended last night, and today is a brand new day.

You are a success when you know that a success doesn't make you and that failure doesn't break you.

You are a success when you have made friends with your past, are focused on the present, and are optimistic about your future.

You are a success when you are filled with faith, hope, and love and live without anger, greed, guilt, envy, or thoughts of revenge.

You are a success when you are mature enough to delay gratification and shift your focus from your rights to your responsibilities.

You are a success when you are secure in who you are, so you are at peace with your creator and in fellowship with others.

You are a success when you have made friends of your adversaries and have gained the love and respect of those who know you best.

You are a success when you understand that others can give you pleasure but that genuine happiness comes when you do things for others.

You are a success when you give hope to the hopeless, love the unlovable, and are pleasant to the grouch, courteous to the rude, and generous to the needy.

NO MORE EXCUSES IN LIFE

We make excuses to preserve our relationships.
We make excuses to save ourselves time.
We make excuses to avoid hurting people or making someone mad.
We make excuses for our lack of commitment and follow through.
We make excuses because we're lazy or didn't do what we were supposed to do.
We make excuses for other people, and sometimes we make excuses for our excuses!

Do you make excuses?
Do you blame others?
Do you frequently place the fault on someone else?
Do you blame circumstances? How often are you delayed in traffic, have emergencies, or encounter tough circumstances? And how frequently do these things become the reason you did or didn't do something?

Do you blame yourself?
Do you negate your abilities? Are you tooquick to take the blame when things go wrong?
Do you lack confidence?
Do you doubt your abilities? Have you stopped trying or you give up too easily?
Do you justify your reason? Do you rationalize your decisions and give long, unnecessary explanation?
Do you give up easily? Are you a quitter, do you lack will power, or fail to see things through?
Do you keep your word?
Do you frequently change your mind or break promises you've made?

No one is perfect and you don't have to try to be. It's okay to slip up every now and then. There will be times when you let yourself and others down. Admit it when you've made a mistake. Be up front and tell someone when you are upset or unable to follow through. If you don't have a reason, don't make up one. Simply apologize, but remember that saying "I'm sorry" does not justify whatever you did.

Be honest with yourself and others; don't sugarcoat the truth. The only acceptable excuse is no excuse at all!

LEARN HOW TO DE-STRESS IN LIFE

Everyone experiences stress. Some people say life is more stressful today than ever before. Health care providers say stress-related disorders are on the rise. Approximately 75 percent of all doctor visits are thought to be stress-related. Stress can be a motivator, but when mild stress turns into chronic or severe stress, it's time to do something about it.

If you have frequent headaches or stomach aches, tight muscles, a bad back, catch more than your share of colds or the flu, it could be due to stress.

If you feel tired but cannot get to sleep or if you feel edgy, more irritable than usual, or sensitive and moody, it could be stress-related.

If your relationship become strained and people make more demands or seem needier, it could be their reaction to your stress.

If traffic seems heavier, the days longer or shorter, the loss more demanding, or coworkers more bothersome, it's likely from stress.

If you feel over committed, have trouble keeping track of appointments, fall behind schedule, or forget important information, the culprit probably is stress.

If your motivation is down, your anxiety is up, and you're smoking or drinking more but eating less and less, the problem is most likely your stress.

If you're eating on the run, your petrol tank is empty, your bills are overdue, and your house is a mess, it is your stress.

If you have no time to yourself but bend over backwards for everyone else, you pass the stress test.

Pay attention to triggers of stress and learn how to de-stress when stress hits. More important, do everything you can to prevent stress in your life.

There are many ways to help counter and prevent stress. Incorporate as many as you can into your daily routine.

Here are things you can do to make sure stress doesn't get the best of you.

Exercise. Stretch, do yoga, walk, run, just move.

Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. Drink less caffeine and more water.

Get enough sleep. Try going to bed and waking up at the same time every day.

Take small breaks from the work.

Listen to relaxing music.

Express your emotions.

Meditate and visualize.

Resolve your problems.

Delegate or ask for help.

Say no. Don't take on more than you can handle.

Laugh as much time as you can.

Stick to budget and reduce your debt.

Get organized.

Create a relaxing environment.

Forgive yourself and others.

Focus on one day at a time.

Pray everyday.

Let go of your need to control.

Have fun in life.

Take charge of your time and your life.

If you fail to control your stress, your stress will end up controlling you.

COMPLAINING, TAKE YOU NOWHERE

You must keep in mind that every time you complain about something, whether silently to yourself or out loud to others, you tie yourself more firmly to it. There is a far more better approach, and that is to propose a positive alternative, and to set about putting it into practice. While a complaint merely reinforces what is wrong, a positive alternative sets about to actually change the situation for the better.

Complaints, because of their negative nature, are usually met with some degree of resistance and defensiveness.
Positive alternative, on the other hand, tend to more naturally be met with cooperation and appreciation.

The next time you have the strong urge to complain, stop and ask yourself what it is really want. Do you simply want to complain or do you want to do something that's going to improve the situation?

Most complaints stem from a genuine desire to improve the situation, but usually the complaint itself is not enough to do that. So go beyond the complaint and use that energy to truly make a positive difference.

Rather than aggravating a bad difficult situation with your complaints, transform it with your positive thoughts, ideas and actions.
The main aim here is to solve the problem and concentrate your efforts on this.

SOME SECRETS OF SUCCESS

Don't be shortsighted that you take unreasonable risks and waste your life chasing get rich-quick schemes.

Don't be cautious that you're unwilling to take any risks.

Don't think, "What must I do to become rich?" "What am I doing wrong that's keeping me from already rich."

Learn how to take informed risks.

You read a book from beginning to end, but you build a life from the end to the beginning.
You decide what you want from life and then develop a plan to get it.

To avoid becoming road kill on life's financial highway, don't race into things with little thought, like the hare, or move too slowly and indecisively, like the tortoise.

Learn to distill positive lessons from otherwise bad experiences.

Nuture the good things and learn from the bad things.

Take personal responsobility for both your successes and failures.

Commit to the three Ds of success. Discipline, Dedication, and Desire.
The discipline to take the steps necessary to achieve success, the dedication to stick with it until you succeed, and a desire for a better life that is strong enough to keep you inspired.

Imagination And Inspiration Stir Our Goals

we can use imagination and inspiration as tools to experience the wonder of our goals and dreams as if they were already manifest in our lives. And think of the good holidays you have taken, and wish to feel the emotional surge and energy again. Through imagination it can be done.

when we turn up the light inside us (we all have one) through inspiration, our souls delight in the nourishment. Don't miss out on imagination and inspiration. This will help you to achieve your goals and aspirations in life.

What You Love Or What You Hate Will Be Drawn To You

This is the law of attraction at work, but basically what you love or what you hate will be drawn to you. In other words, if you truly hate a political party or a way of life, you will find it everywhere. Your hate is an intense energy which will attract more of the same energy...positive or negative.

By the same token, if you truly love something, whether a house, or an activity, or your job, you will tend to draw more of it into your experience.
The lesson is to choose your passions carefully.

Knowing that you control the magnet will help awaken you to your own power which is hidden inside you and very keen to come out for your benefit and success.

Everything Is Energy Directed By Your Thoughts

Energy makes up your entire world--you, me, this book, the sofa you're sitting on, the room you're in, and so on.

How you think begins to organize energy into form.
For example, hold a negative thought in your mind for a few minutes and then go look in the mirror. You'll see darkness around you.

Now hold a positive thought for a few minutes. Go look in the mirror. You'll see brightness.
Again, your thoughts changed your energy.

Always remember that thoughts begin to change of everything around you.
Hold positive, happy, successful thoughts to help yourself, and others, lead happy, and productive lives.

Life Doesn't Have To Be Hard

Most people think they need to fight and struggle. In fact, it is not so. You can let life unfold. The important secret is to focus on what you want, do what is before you. Then you make it happen, and trust the whole process.

Yes, life can be hard.
But it can also be easy.

Most of the difference is in how you look at what is happening.

For example, if you want to get good grades and study with understanding, it will look easy for you.

Success Tips

Do you know that without challenges and obstacles standing in your way, it would be impossible to achieve anything worthwhile in life.

Do you know that no matter where you are, no matter what circumstances you find yourself in, your possiblities always outweigh your problems. Those positive possibilities are yours for the living.

Do you know that your life at this moment is an accurate representation of the things that have truly been important to you in the past, of whatever you have been committed to achieving. With that in mind, ask yourself, what is important to you in your life?

Do you know that when you can identify and understand your shortcomings, you've uncovered a potent avenue for personal growth and increased effectiveness. Always work to overcome those weaknesses, and you'll multiply the effectiveness of the strengths you already have.

Taking Care Of Yourself

Be not afraid. You'll find yourself wanting to stop because of fear. You may want to ask foa raise, or for a loan, or for higher study, but fear will often stop you.
The great secret is that there is nothing to fear. This will be hard to accept because of your mind, which will terify you with scenarios to make you afraid.
Again, be not afraid.
Do the thing you wish, and walk through the fear.
On the other side, is freedom.

If given the opportunity to go back and restructure my life with only one change or to learn one lesson, it would be to trust my intuition, gut, or sixth sense.

Few know that when they drift off to sleep, they are merging with the energy of all that is, what some call the Universe. This is your opportunity to place a wish or an order, and the Universe will begin to fulfill it.
So as you lay in bed, make a sincere wish.
And then drift into sleep, smiling, trusting, knowing that it will come to be.

Powerful Ideas To Consider

Listen, act, and prosper.
There are opportunities around you.
Which will you see first and act now?
The point of power in your life is now.
This moment is your time for action and achieve your goals.

If you want to change your life for the better, change your belief about whay's possible for you, what you're entitled to, and what you can accomplish if you simply put your mind to it. Start believing in yourself and your world will change for the better faster than you ever dreamed possible.

You can't stop your negative thoughts but you don't have to listen to them, either.

Everything is a projection from inside you. When someone upsets you, they pushed a button within you. When a situation occurs that you don't like, it was drawn to you from your inside programming.
If this is true and it is, how do you change it?
You have to own the fact that you attracted it. All of it.
You then have to accept the inside of you and release it.
So if someone upset you, look at how you upset yourself, love it, and then let it go. As you change your inner self, you will find the outer change.
This is a big principle. Always remember it in your life.
