One of the most limiting factors when you are working toward your goals is your level of energy. You can reduce the number of times you feel too tired to achieve your goals by following the given below suggestions.

You must eat a light lunch containing protein to ensure afternoon energy.

You must drink lots of water during a day.

Eat plenty of grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

You must exercise four times a week, for at least 30 minutes for your good health.

Eat some thing which contains sugar in midafternoon when most people's blood sugar drops.

From time to time take deep breathing during the day to keep sufficient oxygen in the blood.

Get 7 to 8 hours sleep at night.

Some examples of negative self-talk.
You can't do that.
You're very stupid.
You'll never make anything of yourself.
You're ugly.
You're fat ot thin.
You're hopeless.
You have low self-esteem.
You can't face the world.

Do you ever say things like these to yourself? Lots of people do---in fact, most of us do at one time or another.
They're not very complimentary or inspiring, are they?
How do you imagine they would make you feel? Depressed? Useless? Completely drained of self-confidence?

These are some of the examples of negative self-talk, and they can have a hugely detrimental effect on our emotional state, our behavior, and our self-esteem.
