Try To Face Difficulties

When you run away from difficulties your whole life is impaired. Consider a person who never devotes the time needed to bring a project to completion. When the inevitable obstacles arise, he becomes distracted and discouraged and may even quit. By jumping from project to project, and completing none of them, he is never able to take command of his life.

Learning to solve problems and see projects through to completion is a skill that you can still acquire. Make a list of any conflicts in your life and try to resolve them.

Two major factors prevent people from resolving conflicts and moving forward with their lives.
Believing you're not enough. You will limit your growth if you always chastise yourself for not achieving enough. You must learn to be reasonable in your expectations and acknowledge your efforts.

Fear. We live in a time of gross uncertainty; nonspecific fears are universal. Since people do not know how to resolve these fears, they blame them on other people or situations around them. They stop themselves engaging in new activities by rationalizing that they will not like it anyway or that something is bound to go wrong.

Make a list of the things you feel fearful about. Then make a list of your positive attributes, such as persistence, flexibility, and understanding. How can these virtues help you to resolve the conflicts you have listed? By this process you will be able to achieve your goals and aspirations in life.
