Replace The Negative With The Positive

Most of the time negative patterns of behavior repeat themselves all day long. Let's say there's something that you cannot handle, or there's something not happening that you wish would happen, or there is a situation in your life that you're not able to be in control of and you wish you were. ....if you're negative you're going to talk out the problem all day long. But you will always be defeatist about it. When people feel overwhelmed, used, hurt, unable to control the outcome of events, or betrayed, they tend to look at themselves as victims.

What would happen if, instead of all this negative self-talk, you started positive self-talk. What can do in place of the negative? That's how the process of change begins.
First, identify when you're engaged in negative self-talk.
Second, don't let the negative go beyond you. Don't allow the negative self-talk to generate the emotion that causes the action. Then you get the reaction that you don't like the consequences of. Stemming this negative pattern keeps you from unnecessary arguments, condeming, blaming, and complaining, and allows you, then, to be at the epicenter of your own life.

The most important is third one in which you replace the negative with the positive. Look at the positive options for solving your problem or improving your situation. Select the one or several that seem the best. And then start implementing them, not in a panicked, desperate way, but witb the resolve and balance. And I assure you that there is a great possibility that you will be able to solve your problems of life witn flying colors.
