Control Your Emotions In Life

The root of all suffering is emotional involment in dealing with various situations and circumstances of life. Tackle all worldly objects and situations objectively, like a spectator, recognizing that the association with them is merely temporary, rather than taking them too seriously.

Always remember that no difficulties or problems are permanent; they all will pass. Everything is in a state of constant motion and change; nothing is permanent or static.

Taking things too seriously in life also results in the formation of deep impression in the subconscious mind, resulting in the development of various biases and prejudies, reducing the ability to see things objectively, as they really are.

In other words, emotions and preferences should gradually be eliminated giving rise to an unbiased and detached mind which can remain calm, serene, and balanced in all the trails and odds of life.
