Everybody Loves A Winner

We all know winners.....People who are personally and professionally successful in their lives. What makes them stand out? Looks? Wealth? Charisma? These things are just a small part of the picture.

Being a winner is most learned, not inherited. Here are some qualities that can give you a winning attitude:

Self-Esteem.....If asked to list three people you most want to be liked, would you put yourself on the list? Winners would. You have to believe in yourself.

Control....We all face circumstances beyond our control. But winners don't let those events take control. For example, you can't control what an angry person says to you, but you can choose how you react.

Optimism.....Expecting a positive outcome generally produces positive results. By contrast, if you believe you will fail you probably will.

Vision....to get where you want to go, you need a goal. Outline a plan for reaching it, then set your priorties accordingly.

Resilience.....Winners see opportunity in mistakes, and every defeat, another step toward success. Coping with failure builds strength, confidence and knowledge.

Help People.....Winners help other people succeed by listening, guiding and setting positive examples.

Setbacks Do Bring Valuable Motivation

No one likes to suffer setbacks in life. That's precisely what makes them so valuable. Every setback is an opportunity for you to get your own personalized supply of a special energy that will propel you forward. That energy is known as MOTIVATION.

Think of how an illness can motivate you, like nothing else, to take better care of your health. Consider how a financial setback can provide the compelling motivation to be more financially responsible.

When a setback comes, the first priority is to deal with it and get beyond it. After that's done, and you've experienced it fully, you're blessed with an increased level of motivation and focus. In your highly motivated state, you can easily take steps to immunize yourself against similar setback in the fututre.

Nobody seek disappintment; but when the setbacks do come, they bring with them a valuable, compelling, personally meaningful motivation. It's something you can use to great advantage and achieve success beyond your wildest imagination.

Try To Face Difficulties

When you run away from difficulties your whole life is impaired. Consider a person who never devotes the time needed to bring a project to completion. When the inevitable obstacles arise, he becomes distracted and discouraged and may even quit. By jumping from project to project, and completing none of them, he is never able to take command of his life.

Learning to solve problems and see projects through to completion is a skill that you can still acquire. Make a list of any conflicts in your life and try to resolve them.

Two major factors prevent people from resolving conflicts and moving forward with their lives.
Believing you're not enough. You will limit your growth if you always chastise yourself for not achieving enough. You must learn to be reasonable in your expectations and acknowledge your efforts.

Fear. We live in a time of gross uncertainty; nonspecific fears are universal. Since people do not know how to resolve these fears, they blame them on other people or situations around them. They stop themselves engaging in new activities by rationalizing that they will not like it anyway or that something is bound to go wrong.

Make a list of the things you feel fearful about. Then make a list of your positive attributes, such as persistence, flexibility, and understanding. How can these virtues help you to resolve the conflicts you have listed? By this process you will be able to achieve your goals and aspirations in life.

Replace The Negative With The Positive

Most of the time negative patterns of behavior repeat themselves all day long. Let's say there's something that you cannot handle, or there's something not happening that you wish would happen, or there is a situation in your life that you're not able to be in control of and you wish you were. ....if you're negative you're going to talk out the problem all day long. But you will always be defeatist about it. When people feel overwhelmed, used, hurt, unable to control the outcome of events, or betrayed, they tend to look at themselves as victims.

What would happen if, instead of all this negative self-talk, you started positive self-talk. What can do in place of the negative? That's how the process of change begins.
First, identify when you're engaged in negative self-talk.
Second, don't let the negative go beyond you. Don't allow the negative self-talk to generate the emotion that causes the action. Then you get the reaction that you don't like the consequences of. Stemming this negative pattern keeps you from unnecessary arguments, condeming, blaming, and complaining, and allows you, then, to be at the epicenter of your own life.

The most important is third one in which you replace the negative with the positive. Look at the positive options for solving your problem or improving your situation. Select the one or several that seem the best. And then start implementing them, not in a panicked, desperate way, but witb the resolve and balance. And I assure you that there is a great possibility that you will be able to solve your problems of life witn flying colors.

Use Creative Imagination

Do you want more money? A better job? Good health? More love? All things are possible. Just plant the seeds of success in your mind and pump up your imagination! Your imagination, prpoperly developed, is a excellent source of inspiration. And there is no stopping a person glowing with inspiration and the desire to succeed. A person can turn his life around through the understanding and application of creative imagination.

Difficult problems become great opportunities because of creative imagination. Ideas become achievements because of creative imagination. The world moves forward as the result of creative imagination.

What is creative imagination? Simply to think differently. All the inventions of the world came into existence due to the creative imagination of some great souls.

Everybody is born with a creative imagination. Yet too often as we grow older and more cynical, we fail to consider its urgings. So many excellent opportunities are missed as a result. so many of our best possibilities never ever get considered when we lose touch with imagination.

When things are at their worst, imagine the best and then make it happen with creative thinking. When things are at their best, imagine what would make them ever better, and follow that course with your actions with determination. Challenge yourself to make full use of your potential and I gurantee you that you will achieve success beyond your wildest dream.

Persistence Is Essential For Success

When you start a great work or project, you can't expect to finish it all at once, therefore keep working on it, and let nothing discourage you till you have entirely finished what you have begun.
This is the definition of Persistence.

Earning a degree, starting a new business, finding a new job, all these activities are going to take lots of time and energy and effort. Sometimes in the middle of working toward a goal, we lose our motivation. We tell ourselves we're bored or tired or that we just can't do it. This is a natural reaction. But what may really be going on is that we're afraid.

It is human to feel afraid. And it's good for us to know that's how we're feeling. Then we can do something about it. This is the time when we don't want to give up. We have to persist.
We may need a rest. It's okay to take time out to rejuvenate ourselves before we move forward. We also can seek help and encouragement from friends, associates, family.

Once, we are ready, we can start again toward our goal with strong determination and persistance. That means we break down tasks into simple, mangeable activities and take them one step at a time. Before you know it, you'll have achieved your goal.

Always Believe In What You Do

Nothing can stop you if you know that what you're doing is right and it will take you toward your goal. You must believe in the value of your effort, and you have the courage to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

When you know you're on the right track, nothing anyone says can dissuade you. Every circumstance becomes an opportunity. Time becomes your asset, as every moment leads you closer to the attainment of your worthy purpose and aspiration.

You must remember that the time you take, and the effort you spend, to develop an unshakable belief in the value of your work, will pay huge dividends in the commitment, persistence, creatvity, focus and determination it brings you.

You must believe in what you do, and do what you believe in doing. And it will definitely happen. By this process you will achieve your goals in life.

Enthusiasm Is The Key To Success

Enthusiasm can draw people to you and compell them to give their full support. And when you have it, you have a powerful force working in your favor. Looking for a way of getting yourself to do those things that you know must be done? Put some enthusiasm on your side. When you're excited and enthusiastic about where you're going, guess what happens? You'll find a way to get there and achieve your goal.

Besides enthusiasm, you have to believe in your project. So the choice of what to believe is clear. Believe that you can, believe that you will, and you're well on your way to making it happen.

what do you truly believe you can do? The difference between impossible and possible is mainly a matter of belief. A world of things that were once considered impossible are now so common we take them for granted. Each one of those things became reality because someone believed it could happen.

Doubt will kill your project. See how many of your doubts you can replace with positive and compelling beliefs.

You must understand that every moment of every day, your beliefs guide your actions, so you must believe that you can, believe that you will, and your reality of success will follow graciously along.

Acknowledge Your Challenges

You must understand that you have full power over your thoughts. You have power over your actions. You have power over the way you spend your time. You have power over your attitude. You have the power to decide what you find enjoyable, the power to set goals and to achieve them. These powers are very real, quite substantial and immediately accessible.

You should not seek some elusive power over others, it is far more effective to make full use of the power you already have over your own affairs. The most potent power is not the power you seize, but rather the power you exercise.

Challenges play a very important part in life. There is some challenges you face right now which could move you forward in ways you cannot yet imagine. When you consider your resources and good fortune, rarely do you ever include the challenges in that list. Look back at the forward progress you've made and you'll see all the challenges along the way which ultimately served to push you ahead.

Most of the challenges are truly a blessing, though they rarely seem like it at the time they appear. In order to meet the challenges, you must grow, you must learn, you must take action, you must become more focused and effective. All those things are extraordinarily positive uses of your time and energy. They are the qualities which surely and reliably lead to success and achievement beyond your imagination.

What are most profound challenges? In them you'll find astonishing opportunties. Acknowledge your challenges. Experience them. Resolve to overcome them and see what great things you can accomplish in the process.

If you remember this success secret, your life will be very fulfilling and rewarding.

Small Accomplishemts are Essential For Success

Everyday life is very important, because everyday life is where real success is created. Different types of accomplishments are made up of thousands of small, unnoticeable accomplishments. Most of the successful life is built by consistently collecting one successful, positively directed, focused moment after another.

The biggest successes are nothing more than small and big successes which have been achieved over a long period of time. The humble house and the magnificent temple were both built one brick at a time. The difference in the two is not in the nature of the effort, but in the persistence and love of that effort.

Some people stop achieving their goal on the first setback. That kind of attitude won't take you too far in life. Anything is within your reach when you're determined to keep moving steadily toward your life's goals and aspirations. Always remember this important fact.

Small Accomplishemts are Essential For Success

Getting Rid Of Negative Influences In Your Life

Growth has to begin somewhere. Start by exploring both the constructive and the destructive aspects of your nature. First you must deal with the negative. By dealing with what doesn't work in your life, you are going to know what excuses not to fall back on. You will know why you are not doing that things you've dreamed of doing. You will know why you stay with people who don't support and love you. It's a simple matter of deciding which direction you want to put your energies into...positive or negative.

Once you understand the consequences of your negative qualities, you could say, "Hold on...do I really want to feel this way or go down this path again? I've been so many times and I know that what I'm about to say or do or feel is not going to change things"

I'd rather choose a positive option when dealing with a negative situation which hopefullu help me resolve this constant repetition of old patterns of behavior. Once I have decided that I can make a positive change, then it merely takes the courage to give it a try.

Breaking destructive patterns is the gateway to getting on with your life. Positive input only becomes significant after you deal with the limiting negative factors. Sure, confronting the negative will make you uncomfortable, but the discomfort is necessary...change never occurs without it.

Once you understand your negative characteristics, you can claim your real self by saying, "Hold on, I don't buy into this anymore." Once you resolve these issues you will be able to reclaim the dreams of your life and enact them. And for every problem, you will be able to find a positive solution.

Envy Will Hinder Your Growth In Life

Envy and jealousy, are the most harmful of all the diseases and the most self-destructive. When we focus all our energy on what others have, we allow our talents and abilities to wither from neglect. This will definitely retard our growth in life.

For our growth, we need to change our perception of ourselves. We must let go of envious feelings and focus on building ourselves up. Try to improve yourself in all the possible ways. We must wish others well and then concentrate on what we have to offer. We are endowed with many characteristic for which we can be grateful and proud.

Always think positive in life. Always count your blessings. Most of us have equal amounts of opportunities, skills, and we dhould spend lots of our energies to get better in life. We all have gifts that make us special. Let's transform the emotional energy of envy into the power of achievement.

Get Busy Doing Things

When you visualize yourself as trying to do something, you're going to see it as a strugglle. On the other hand, when you visualize yourself as actually doing it, beyond the trying, you'll have the confidence to get it done.

You should remove the word "TRYING" from your mind, and notice how much that one simple change can clarify your activities. Never say, "I'm trying to get this work done" see what happens when you say, "I'm confidently getting this work completed." It makes a big difference in your way of thinking. It helps you to see each action not as a desperate attempt, but rather as confident step forward.

You must understand that when you're only trying, you're taking action without being fully committed to that action. On the other hand, when you decide to step up and actually do it, then you're committed yourself fully to taking whatever action is necessary.

You should go beyond merely trying.....get up and get busy doing action with full determination and confidence. Success can't escape you.

Essential Tips For Communication

Be clear, concise and straightforward.

Keep your sentences short.

Look into the eyes of the person you are speaking to. This gives glimpse of your sincerity and dedication to the other person.

Even if you slip up somewhere, maintain your calm, apologize and continue.
Don't try to reanalyze such slips ups because we wish to promote ourselves and not demote.

Simple Decision Making Steps

Identify the purpose of your decision. What is exactly the problem to be solved? Why it should be solved?

Gather important information what factors does the problem involve?

Identify the principles to judge the alternatives. What standards and criteria should the solution meet?

Brainstorm and list different possible choices.

Evaluate each choice in terms of its consequences. Use your standards and criteria to determine the cons and pros of each alternative.

Determine the best alternative.

Put the decision into action.

Evaluate the outcome of your decision and action steps.

What lessons can be learnt? This is important step for further development of your decision making skills.

Control Your Emotions In Life

The root of all suffering is emotional involment in dealing with various situations and circumstances of life. Tackle all worldly objects and situations objectively, like a spectator, recognizing that the association with them is merely temporary, rather than taking them too seriously.

Always remember that no difficulties or problems are permanent; they all will pass. Everything is in a state of constant motion and change; nothing is permanent or static.

Taking things too seriously in life also results in the formation of deep impression in the subconscious mind, resulting in the development of various biases and prejudies, reducing the ability to see things objectively, as they really are.

In other words, emotions and preferences should gradually be eliminated giving rise to an unbiased and detached mind which can remain calm, serene, and balanced in all the trails and odds of life.

Avoid Fears In Life

Fears chiefly drain mental energy and prevent progress. According to the law of attraction, we actually attract those conditions we fear most, further trapping us in a vicious cycle of mental self-destruction.

Some people constantly fear that the worst will happen, keeping their minds in a state of agitation and turmoil. But there is nothing in this world which we really need to fear. Nothing is designed in the universe to harm us.

By intentionally facing these very things you fear, mentally denying that they can harm you, eventually that fear totally diminishes. Fears leap on you again and again until you overcome them. Also, bear in mind that nothing is actually that fearful in reality as you imagined it would be.

Furthermore, be comforted by the knowledge that nothing happens by chance or by accident. There is a reason for everything that happens to us. Therefore, why fear? Just boldly face each challenge of life with a positive attitude and firm faith in God, the only real security to us.

Heathy Ways To express Hurt And Anger

Be honest with yourself. You should have an honest dialogue with yourself each morning about what is your trouble and what is bothering you. Give yourself the time to reflect on these issues in a quite place.

Always focus on the problem. You should evaluate one problem at a time. Keep your energy focused on finding and promoting solutions until the problem is resolved.

Direct your anger. Your ability to channel anger can make all the difference in whether your feelings are positive or negative. Properly directed, anger can be a driving force in your life. But if channeled incorrectly, it can become mentally and physically destructive.

Think creatively. Reflection allows you to think before you react. You can consider what you want to say, why you want to say it and what will happen when you do. You can think through your options and react in a rational way. In the process, you free yourself from conditioned responses and focus on those that will improve the situation.

Take action. If you are passive in a situation that calls for action, your submissiveness will allow other people to take advantage of you. And this experience, in turn, will breed even more anger. Take action to resolve such situations.
Every time something angers you, ask yourself whether you will act or react to it. Being active allows you to maintain a sense of focus; being reactive does not.

Powerful Thoughts To Consider

We each need to let our intuition guide us, and then be willing to follow that guidance directly and fearlessly.
Shaki Gawain

There are two key words in the world of emotion: training and education. You have to train your emotions in order to be happy. You have to educate them so that you can overcome losses, frustrations, and disappointments.

Run after the things of this world, and quite often what you seek so desperately runs away from you. Covet nothing, crave nothing, and celebrate whatever comes...this is the way of contentment.

We can't be happy if we're not being ourselves.

Fear, desire, hope still push us on toward the fututre.
Michel de Montaigne

Know the true value of time; snatch, seize, and enjoy every moment of it. No idleness, no laziness, no procrastination: never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.
Lord Chesterfield

We crucify ourselces between two thieves: regret for yesterday and fear of tomorrow.
Fulton Oursler

Increase Your Concentration And Detachment In Life

As physical exercise improves the strength of body, concentration improves the strength of the mind. A strong mind is not easily affected or disturbed by the trials and hardships of life.

To improve concentration, try to become completely absorbed in every activity, no matter how small or big it may be, shutting out all distractions. For example: when eating a piece of fruit, completely relish each morsel of that fruit; if reading a book, be totally absorbed in it, if doing some project, divide into small steps and with full determination, complete the project.

concentration, in other words, requires learning to remain in the present moment; it is a necessary feature for success and happiness in life.

Along with concentration, also develop the ability to become detached from anything or any task at moment's notice. Some people can concentrate and become totally absorbed in a task, but then find it difficult to forget this activity completely, even when beginning the next activity.
This hang over period shows how attached people become to various things, a habit to avoid.

The world is a great training school, and each experience is intended to provide the necessary training and lessons for growth. These experiences have no intrinsic value, but are only important facilitators of learning and progress.

Hence, only use them for learning and growth without becoming attached to them, and once their purpose is served, move on with your life.

Practice concentration and detachment simultaneously. The ability to forget and remain detached from an undesirable past is a necessary aspect of achieving success in life.

Motivation At Work

To create a satisfying and fulfilling career or business it is important to progress and grow in your position. With the right motivation tips in place, this task is simple. You will be able to accomplish more in less time, increase your chances for promotion, and leave the office feeling better about yourself and your work.

These tips will help you to prepare you to make the most of your time at work. Whether you have a nine-to-five job at the office or work seventy hours a week as a business man, these tips will get you motivated as soon as you walk through the doors.

Go to work with a purpose and get excited about this. Make a mental or physical list of things you need to accomplish at work. Look over your list the night before you go to work. You can even review your list in the morning.

This tip will save you an enormous amount of time because you will know exactly what needs to be done as soon as you walk through the office doors.

Work to-do list. After you have compiled a task or project list, keep it in a close drawer or desk. Each time you accomplish an item, cross it out and move to the next item. Have the list clearly displayed in the office when you leave.
In the morning, you will come in, examine the list, and know exactly what needs to be accomplished

Keep your door clsed. Constant distraction can make getting things done very difficult. Simply shutting your door while you are busy is a great way to keep the distractions to a minimum.
We all enjoy social interactions but when things need to be done on time, a little more focus may be necessary.

How To Feel More Optimistic In Life

You must distract yourself from negative thoughts. Every time you catch yourself complaining, resenting, promptly immerse yourself in an activity that will take your mind off the negative and troubling thoughts. It is not easy but with sincere effort you will be able to do this and you feel more optimistic.

It is a fact that two common causes of pessimism are fear and hate. The negative danger of these emotions is that they shut off your mind. At once determine whether either is at the root of your plight, and if you find one of these emotions, get rid of it quickly. And you feel more optimistic.

You should share your concerns with people you understand and love. Talk through problems openly with them. If possible let them help you.

Don't listen to news. There is lots of negative news every day and most of the time it effects your thought process.

We live in increasingly negative times and a meaure of optimism helps us to fight despair and gives us the courage and the energy to shed adversity and negative thoughts.

My Favorite Quotations

One must never lose time in vainly regretting the past or in complaining against the change which cause us discomfort, for change is the essence of life.
Anatole France

Hope and patience are two sovereign remedies for all , the surest reposals, the softest cushions to lean on in adversity.
Robert Burton

We should not let our fears hold us back from pursuing our hopes.
John F. Kennedy

They say a person needs just three things to be truly happy in this world. Someone to love, something to do, and something to hope for.
Tom Bodett

Change does not change tradition. It strengthens it. Change is a challenge and an opportunity, not threat.

Keep Our Lives In Balance

Life is very precious. To live is to open ourselves to all possibilities, to rule out nothing. There is no way we can spare ourselves, or those we love, the pains of living, because they are inseparable from the joys. How unreal we are when we think we can save the world. First save yourself. All we can do is to live the best way we can, achieving a balance amid the forces that pull on us: pleasure, responsibility, power, greed, love. If we can live so that we respond to all of them, rule out none of them and yet enslave ourselves to none, We will have the best the world can give.

I have read lots of autobiography of great people and one quality all great and successful people seem to share is sense of humor....the capacity to see our struggles and triumphs with detachment. It is not easy but it is necessary if we want to keep balance in out lives.

You Have The Power

You have the power to set yourself free of negative thought patterns and behaviors.
You have the power to imagine the best for yourself and your world, and then immediately take steps in that direction.
You have the power to rise above the meaningless, petty distractions that can waste so much time and steal so much energy.
You have the power to fill your present moments, your life and your awareness with the things that have real and lasting meaning.
You have the power to be your best no matter what the circumstances.
You have the power to move forward no matter what setbacks or obstacles may block your path.
You have the power to live true to your highest vision of how life can be.
You have the power to follow and to reach the dreams of your choosing.
You have all this power because you have the choice. In each moment, you can choose, independent of all other factors, what to think, what to say, what to do and who to be.
No doubt it is a serious responsibility, it is also the most magnificent opportunity anyone could ever imagine. For you have the choice, and the power, to truly and to fully live your life on this planet earth.

Relationships

There is probably nothing that challenges us more than our relationships, since every aspect, every nuance of our life involves a relationships of some sort. Every waking and sleeping moment we are engaged in a relationship with something or someone....with our spouse, boss, children, friends; with co-workers, strangers; with our thoughts, dreams; and finally ourselves.

So in many ways this area of practice is the ultimate one, the one that we can acknowledge without a second thought is ever-changing and never-ending. We are never completely alone, for even when any given relationship is not active there is still a connection with that person. And it is important to remember that our behavior affects those we are in relationship with and vice versa. Remember, we are alone and solely responsible for our actions.

Here's how the practice of being challenged in relationship works:

Whenever the behavior of someone else bothers you, turn your focus around, observe your reation to this person, and ask yourself what it is about this that disturbs you so much, and why.

You should know that you cannot control anyone else....you can be a guide and a teacher and a power of example, but you can determine how someone else will ultimately think or behave.
Practice giving others the freedom to express and be themselves as they uniquely, without expecting them to conform to your idea of who they are or who you'd like them to be.

Communicate; compassionate communicate, caring communicate, and loving communicate.

Listen; listen attentively; listen carefully.

Let the most important human relationship you have be the one with yourself; from there you will be able to love others.

Never take anything too personally.

Never take anyone or anything for granted.

Express yourself. And rather than pointing out to someone that their behavior is bad or wrong, let them know how their behavior affects you.

Be alert, aware, mindful, caring, generous, forgiving, loving, gracious, and kind to yourself and others. All the time.

Powerful Thoughts On Adversity

Problems are the cutting edge that distinguishes between success and failure.
Problems....create our courage and wisdom.
M. Scott Peck

I think the years I have spent in prison have been the most formative and important in my life because of the discipline, the sensations, but chiefly the opportunity to think clearly, to try to understand things.
Jawaharlal Nehru

Prosperity is a great teacher;
Adversity is a greater.
Possession pampers the mind; privation trains and strengthens it.
William Hazlitt

Strength does not come from winning.
Your struggles develop your strengths.
When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.
Arnold Schwarzenegger

There is nothing the body suffers which the soul may not profit by.
George Meredith

Get Rid Of Your Anxieties

Anxieties create lots of problems in life. Most of them are man made. And just as you created them, you have the power to let those anxieties go. It may not be easy but it can be done if you try hard enough.

Past is past and what has happened has happened. What will come will come. You can make a big difference. You can take positive action. And your actions will be more effective when they're not burdened with anxiety. Your awareness will be remarkably more rich and clear when it is not clouded with worry.

You should free your mind, your body and your spirit to be more productive, effective, and full of life. Let go of those murky anxieties and use your full potential to achieve your goals.

Learn Every Detail Of Your Business

Your goal should be to become an expert in your chosen field by learning every single detail about how to do your work better and better. Read all the research papers, magazines, articles in your field. Read and study the latest books. Attend corses and seminars given by experts in your field. Join your industry or trade association, attend every meeting, and get involved with the other top people in your field.

It is an established fact that the individual who can integrate and use the greatest amount of information in any field soon rises to the top of that field.

If you are in sales, become an aggressive, life long student of the selling process. If you are in management, resolve to become an outstanding professional manager. If you are starting and building your own business, study entrepreneurial strategies and tactics and try out new ideas every single day.

Set a goal for yourself to become the very best in your business or profession. One small detail, insight, or idea can be turning point in your career. Never stop looking for it and moving forward to your success.

Becoming A Better Listener

I am an especially good listener at home and with the people I love and care most. I am always listen to understand. And my understanding and the caring that it shows add greatly to the warmth and happiness of my friends and family.

I never spend time planning my next words when I should be listening to what is being said now.

When someone is speaking to me, I let him know that I am giving him my full attention. My face shows my interest and always shows the attention I am giving him and the words he is saying. I am a careful listener. I do not listen just to hear. I always listen to understand.

I listen not only to the thoughts of others, but to the voice that speaks from within myself as well. I listen to the inner voice carefully. This is the voice of my best friend and counselor, as I heed the advice which it gives me.

Every day I become more and more skilled in the language of positive listening. I enjoy practicing and improving my listening skills every chance I get. And I practice them with anyone I talk to, or listen to, anywhere I am.

Change Is Law Of Nature

Be flexible in adopting new changes and improvements.
Everything in the world is subject to change.
Change take place every minute.
We are not what we were even an hour ago.

Do not oppose changes, but use them as opportunities to learn and to grow. Otherwise we will stagnate.
Learn to respect change and try to cultivate them to your benefit instead of getting upset.

Also open to new ideas and suggestions.
Do not close your mind by keeping it rigidly fixed to some ideas, whims, and facies.
Remember there is always room for further improvement, no matter what stage you are at.

Always Move Forward In Your Life

Never ever cry over your past. What's done is done. The time and energy you spend complaining about it will get you nothing but a lot of frustration and negativity.

What's happened has happened.
Instead of looking back, fretting and arguing about why or how or who is at fault, look forward and consider all the positive possibilities that are available to you.

If you've been wronged, don't seek revenge.
Seek success, seek achievement, seek fulfillment, seek to take what has happened and turn it into a positive force in your life.
Always spend your time and energy not in looking back, but in looking ahead.
For that is where you can make a difference in your life.

Always learn from what has happened, allow it to inspire and motivate you in positive and productive way, and then choose to move forward.
Always see the value in the way things are at this moment, and see how you can make full use of that value.

Let go of your attachnent to what has already happened.
And make room in your life to create the best that can be.

Learn From Temprary Defeats

This statement speaks to the core and essence of us. Few of us win 100 percent of the time. But I can unequivocally state that I never fail because I never quit. You see, I, Like many of us, have experienced some resounding setbacks in my life. The secret to my success is that I never accepted these setbacks as defeats or failures. I never lost faith in myself or in my God. I never will.

By persistently and doggedly pursuing my dreams and taking risks when no one else dared to, I have enriched my life and the lives of others. I have gained experience and wisdom, which will benefit many people, and I have developed a resilience to defeat that is unbreakable.

This is a valuable lesson: do not allow other people to define success or failure for you. Your destiny can and will be fulfilled by your determination, faith and persistence. Do not allow the self-pity, the lack of self-reliance and unfaithfulness of other people, regardless of who they are, to prevent you from realizing your success and living your dreams.
